Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Parties and roles
The customer (tenant) acts as data controller. Zorvex acts as data processor for the data the customer processes about its end customers.
Subject matter and duration
Processing is carried out to provide the Zorvex service for the duration of the contractual relationship.

- End-customer contact data.
- Conversation and message content.
- Technical and usage metadata.
Security and subprocessors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures and work with subprocessors subject to equivalent obligations. See the subprocessors page.
Rights, deletion and audit
- We assist the controller in handling data subject rights.
- On termination, we delete or return the data per the controller's instructions, unless legally required to retain it.
- We allow reasonable audits as agreed.
