Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Zorvex, operated by [Nombre legal de Zorvex] ([CIF/NIF]).
Use of the platform
Access to Zorvex is through a company (tenant) account. The customer is responsible for its users' use and for keeping credentials confidential.
Responsibility for communications
The customer is responsible for the content of its communications with its end customers and for compliance with the regulations applicable to them.
Third-party integrations
Zorvex allows connecting third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their own terms, and the customer is responsible for holding the necessary permissions.
WhatsApp / Meta
Each customer connects its own WhatsApp Business account (WABA), number and payment method in Meta. Official WhatsApp Business Platform costs are billed by Meta directly to the customer's company. Zorvex acts as a technical provider and adds no per-message cost.
Artificial intelligence
AI suggestions and automations are configurable. The customer is responsible for reviewing them and configuring when and how they are used.
Billing, availability and changes
- Billing follows the contracted plan.
- We may suspend the service for breaches or non-payment.
- We aim for reasonable availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
- We may update these terms; we will notify relevant changes.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These documents are an initial version and may be updated. For specific enterprise agreements, Zorvex can provide additional contractual documentation.
