What Zorvex is

Zorvex is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps companies manage customer support and communications across multiple channels with AI assistance.

It is multi-vertical: today it serves verticals such as ZorvexAuto and will expand to new verticals in the future, reusing the same core.

Data we process

• Account and company (tenant) data: identification, configuration and billing.
• Platform user data: name, email, role and access logs.
• Each company's end-customer data: contact identifiers and conversation content.
• Inbound and outbound conversations and messages across channels.
• Third-party integrations and their account identifiers.
• Attachments, technical logs and audit events.
• Integration access tokens, always stored encrypted.

Use of artificial intelligence

We use AI to generate suggestions, reply drafts and configurable automations. By default AI proposes drafts and automatic sending is disabled; each company decides whether to enable automations.

Channels

Zorvex integrates channels such as WhatsApp, email, Instagram and webchat, and may add new channels. Each company connects its own channel accounts.

Role under GDPR

For data of our direct customers (the companies that contract Zorvex), we act as data controller.

For data each company processes about its own end customers through Zorvex, we act as data processor, following the customer's instructions.

Rights, retention and security

• Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability.
• We retain data while the contractual relationship exists and for applicable legal periods.
• We apply technical and organisational measures: secret encryption, role-based access control and audit logging.
• We work with subprocessors; see the subprocessors page.
